Thought halves were not as bad as people made out to be, probably venting lol, it’s over when have Walker and Capewah as wing/centre and Pompey/debutante on the other, and Lussick playing prop, try organize a try out of that

Main blunder was the no look pass to touch judge and CHT still can’t kick field goals from in front. I don’t think bringing Jett Cleary or Metcalf in next year is going to solve that

The bunker and ref is that much a joke that we need to start going like motor sports F1 and V8's Super cars apply penalties after a race so in today's game the review committee could review and say no sorry that game was won on foul play, I'm over hearing on Monday that the ref or bunker got it wrong,
It's just not right.
We are a billion dollar game and I shit call can cost you, not fair on the club or the players

You sound like you've had a rough life bro 🤣
That’s the way it used to work at school prior to what 1980?

Tmm and CHT didn’t ice the game at various times today a little bit more composure one extra try we would have one. Couple sets on bulldogs line where nothing happened no direction just a muddle
Through all our forwards tried even when they became backs and Rts was good
I wondered if Monty has had a groin niggle for a while and tore it today
Out injury management this year could have some questions directed at it ie Monty and CNK go down after being down on energy prob due to injuries last two weeks
In the meantime our speed and football iq man Taine gets blisters sitting on the bench.

Will probably cop some but I thought Webby made another huge mistake when he kept playing CNK, another injured player persisted while Taine was waiting on the wing

Now we know why he looked so off for the last 2 weeks until he broke down tonight.

Probably why Taine was in the 19 in case Charnz couldn’t get through warm up

The non calls at the end and ignoring the offside were garbage tier. It's not surprising The Warriors fans, like myself get pissed off.
The Annesley defensive effort for that officiating should be entertaining at the least.
I know and hate that we are the recipients of biased reffing. Ask Ryan Hoffman what it was like or maybe even Pricey. They know both sides having captained us.

However we must adjust and win in spite of it. Its a handicap but if we are to make no excuses then we must nail these games

That was heartbreaking. Sadly I think that is our season effectively done and dusted with no finals football this year. I am bummed about this for a few reasons - It wouldve been great to have built on last years momentum and support, it wouldve been great to have had another finals experience for the players to build on, and I genuine think we can compete with any team in top 8 on our day. But in this comp to succeed you need a lot to go your way, and this season it hasn't unfortunately. We have been chasing our tails since those first 2 losses.

I will say though that after losses this year I havent been frustrated or bummed about it like I have in the past, and that is largely because even with our losses we have put in a hell of a lot of effort. The Titans shitshow aside (maybe the Dragons game too), I genuinely felt like these guys cared and were giving it everything. That wasnt always the case in most seasons past.

Also what has kept my feeling positive about the club is that the future is bright! Take a look at Halasima as an example today! Our pathways will only get better and stronger but we now have some great local kids on the cusp of first grade. We also have a coach that genuinely cares as well but also one who is very astute (yes he will have his naysayers like the majority of coaches) and to me he is our man.

He was gutted in the press conference saying their were plenty of injured bodies "with tears and all sorts of stuff", so its going to be a rough run into the back end of the year. But the optimistic part of me says, this means we will have to give some of these exciting young bucks more game time which can only set us up well for the future.

Just on the game. I thought Capewell was massive out there. Showed his worth today. Also thought that shot on TMM not being called was just bullshit too.

Onwards and Upwards.
Yeah I felt this game was the making of the season or the hammer blow to write it off... some real stupid plays CHT no look pass just why ??? not going for the dropkick like a couple of times in the last 10.. attacking structure seeming to just melt away ?? TMM - CHT needed to lead ..

Oh well terrible leadership when it counted most. SHOULD of gone for drop goal at the 18 min left mark when on attack... Allot of people here hate the yawnion ABS but FFS they know how to win... a drop goal would of won us the game be4 full time. Can't understand how stupid this team is and dare I say it, it's coach... FFS you grab every point on offer.

Soooo.... It's SJs fault?

Lol crack up
Its about playing our best players when they are injured to the detriment of our team. Next man up is the opposite mindset.

We. We as in our whole team lost in spite of some massive efforts and quite rightly when we criticize our halves combo of CHT and TMM it's well placed. I predicted big things from this halves combination today and I got it wrong and so did they. Dropping would be luxury if our other halves weren't injured. The truth is we need to put our best team on the field every game and we'll all disagree at some point who that should be.

I think if you get one HIA/out for the match it should activate the 18th man not the current rule of two,

I really thought that they had updated that rule already.

I guess having two stops people faking em? But the 10 day stand down should negate that. It has to be after one.

Also, If there was ever a game to the a 5/6 man bench, with 4 able of them being able to be activated idea, that was the one.

How exciting does the future look with some of these young guys coming through. Need a balance between the youth and experienced players. I like jazz at his best and thought he was very good tonight but I think he is one that needs to make way.

A bench of Lussick/Roache, Ford, youth, youth for the remainder of the year. Rotate between Zyon Maiu’u, Halasima, Sifakula, Laban for the two youth spots?
