If I’m Webster I’m hunting high and low for decent wingers in the off season. I honestly would have a single one of tonight’s back 5 in the side for next season.

Last year we likely would have found a way to win that game. Down 12-0 the Bulldogs who are used to winning hung in there and worked their way back into it. Like we were doing last year.

This year we are finding ways to lose.

Unfortunately this result was expected. Just not our year. Really really liked Sifakula in this game. 32 minutes 116 meters. Great effort. I said in the game thread I could see him on the bench a lot next year in FG. If he has more games like this he could start more times than being on the bench. Capewell was great as well. Hopefully he doesn't age badly lol.
I think we need a clean out in our backs. Hopefully we can recruit a fast winger with some FG experience. Montoya and DWZ just aren't it for us. CNK and RTS just don't cut it either. Taine is just to inexperienced but do not think there much in the market. Next year can see our backs being our weak spot again unless we recruit.

I think we have to go for a 100% rebuild next year. Throw the sink at Whyte and Willison.
