Here is my analysis for beating the Dogs

1) Must be able to defuse Burton's monster bombs. Our full back needs to practice this all week. Burton is the greatest Garry Owen specialist I have seen in my lifetime in either Union or League.
2) Must be able to walk away from Mahoney baiting us. This must be a discussion point at training.
3) Must give Kikau no space to wind up.
4) Must limit Xerri
5) Must draw them into an arm wrestle for most of the match.

1 definitely. 3 is an important one in defending their left edge attack with Kikau. And they are up against RTS and DWZ....

If it was between him and Staggs who I was prioritising, it’d be Cobbo without a doubt. Could be another situation where broncos lose a good player because Walsh has dibs on fullback and the player has aspirations to play fullback? He’s just a natural player. Hopefully we can help them out and take Willison off their hands

Strange one billy leaving him out of origin- looked fit enough to me- he’d be the first outside back I’d pick.
Bet the house he’s back for game 3.

Back to rts- I was kinda expecting him to finish a few games at fullback to give cnk a break- who does look spent.
I guess Webbys thinking is the more time he spends at center the better he’ll get.
Hopefully we get to see some return on our investment in the backend of the season because he has been underwhelming tbh.
