Won't be surprised if Mohawk's asking some tough questions right now..
Be embarrassing, owning a team that got absolutely flogged.

Webby needs to shed the Mr nice guy image and be a bit brutal on team selection. This comp is high intensity for 24 rounds and our older players simply can't keep up any more.

As some have pointed out need more youth, explosive speed like Metcalf. Need to start recruiting in that direction for next year.. Dare I say it this years gone now.. just hope Webby and the club learns from this year's failings...

Mohawk lives on the GC too...

Glad I didn't watch the game. TBH I've barely been paying attention most of the season.

Didn't expect a result like this, but our shortcomings have been our shortcomings for quite awhile now so no poor result comes as a shock.

This year will not be our year, and most likely next year will be more of the same with very little change in the playing group.

I wouldn’t mind some of the media connected members here, asking some tough questions too.

I don’t really listen to the amateur commentators/podcasters purely because if they actually have any connection, they are never critical.

Few weeks back some prominent ones were agreeing with Webbys assessments of the team.

Man just had a really nice lunch with good company but I just cannot stop thinking about this game.

The worst performance I have ever seen from a Warriors team. At least for the Melbourne game we had an excuse sort of. This one we were beaten by the bottom team missing plenty of good players. Just blows my mind how bad we were.

Still think Webster needs to stay but hoping he really learns from this. I have seen way to many coaches come and go being a Warriors supporter. One thing with the modern game especially since the 6 again rule came in it is much faster than it used to be. If age has slow you down you get found out. Experience is good but a good mix of youth is needed as well.

You can only do as well as those beside you.
Roger was shit but even he can’t make Kosi faster.

I love his effort but he’s the loser in every speed battle. In fact I’ve never seen him run more than 40m to score.

It’s on Ed to lose 5kgs and do some sprint training. He’ll never be as fast as the top wingers in the game, losing some weight could give him a fighting chance though.

If there is any consolation it is that a number of Titans were Kiwis, and up and coming speedsters like Kini.

I'd rather we cut our losses tbh. Even if not in first grade he's just taking the place of someone who might have actual potential.

The last 2-3 years the game has gotten faster. Guys who can hit the ball up and make metres are still required to be fast. Kosi is just not it.

Two last things (well, last for now, anyway!):
Yesterday a new term was born: Manu Vatuvei's nickname is The Beast and the Number of the Beast is 666 so yesterday the Warriors were Beasted.
There's now 2 teams who've beaten us by 60: The Storm and The Titans. Which NRL Coach is now going, "Shit, cobber, I want that on my resume!"?

I am one of the lucky ones didn't catch the game as I had appendicitis.
A lot have mentioned what would be Mohawks reaction? I am guessing simular to how most fans are feeling.
Agree when we had a run of wins with mainly a B team, this was forced on Webster, not necessarily a stroke of genius.
Seriously think top 8 isn't a realistic outcome, with the current selection trends.
A rinse and repeat of SK and Brown selections. Blind loyalty is a coach killer.

One idea that I can’t shake today is that we are actually quite shit. The good wins we’ve had recently were more of a function of the other team being surprised that we turned up.

Any time another team turns up on us (eg Titans, or anyone coming to play at “our fortress”), we fold at the first sign of pressure or a bad ref call. We’re soft. Weak.

This loss is probably good for us next week as the opposition will think we are crap, and they’ll relax on us and we will beat them. And the cycle continues.

We’re definitely not top 4, or top 8. Our position on the table currently flatters us

Webby if u lose the next 3 game your gone as far as I am concerned. SJ retire him or just bench him or whatever is good for the cap. We need more youth, explosive speed like Metcalf. Need to start recruiting in that direction for next year. Change the full back. Go THE Warriors

Nah we're not completely shit, it's basically the same roster as last year that could foot it with any team. We're a broken team compared to last year and Webby feels he needs to shuffle the deck chairs to get a different result. Of our top 17, who hasn't been out with injury this year? The players we got back aren't anywhere near 100%

What I really hated about last night was the commentators claiming the players looked disinterested or unmotivated, what a load of shit. No NRL player is disinterested or unmotivated except for Latrell. They were fk'd from defending all their mistakes and a stunted attack from key players that are probably running between 60 - 80%. The Titans having been pushing most teams in their losses, there's been no capitulations like we're seen from the Tigers, Dragons and now the Warriors.

Shaun and Roger have been brought back too early IMO. And where's the shame in getting half a game of cup to get some wind back in their sails before jumping back into 1st grade?

I think we need to start working on next year already. I know we are still in the running but we are not going to completely turn this train wreak around. At best we could sneak into 8th and get knocked out in the first round - yeah cool we made the finals but pointless in the end.
The best up and comers need to start getting good minutes. The rest of the season is perfect to slowly build and rotate them all so they can hit the ground running with a new team next year.

Won’t happen though!!! 😕😕
