Wing is the tricky one. Montoya is back on the chopping block, was running in mud trying to chase some of those storm players. but with DWZ suspended, no one really wants Kosi there, though he is a good hit up merchant.

how does rogers left foot work on the left wing, thats him cutting back in field where wingers are expected to hug the touchline. his old roosters days were on the right wing

if berry is a longer term injury do you just go back to roger pompey centers as they will be needed in stay in those roles for a while.

then Taine is essentially the next best cup backline player who isn't playing regularly, can you fit him, involves moving charnze who's done nothing wrong.

for one week against the tetons

2. RTS (left)
3. Pompey (left)
4. MGT (right)
5. Montoya (right)

then next week and going forward

2. RTS (left)
3. Pompey (left)
4. MGT/Berry when fit (right)
5. DWZ (right)

its tough on Taine but don't know you gain much from moving CNK just to fit him in.

I wish the club could just put us all out of our misery and turn Kosi into a back rower

Walking like a penguin on massive icepacks post game lol

Webby really needs to sort out his bench manipulations including injury cover, Bellamy must be laughing when CHT and Capewah iced after Berry's injury and Walker played centre and ended up on 1 leg, while Tohu does his Tohu thing at 13 ie Zack Snyder slow mo

Since Tohu was only there for 44min, who was doing the ball playing when he came off and Walker was exiled out wide?

Walker played the first 27, Tohu the next 44, then CHT replace Tohu for the last 9

If Webby's playing the best players then Taine should really be there......goal kicks too, would be good to have Ali back next month

Taine
DWZ
CNK
MGT/Ali/Berry (depends on injuries)
RTS
SJ
TMM

That's literally our best backs on the park....

RTS would be better as right wing so he can step into the corner instead of 3 defenders screaming "left foot!"
But he'll probably end up on the left

Super stoked for our Origin boys. I know a lot has been said about Capewell not going great for us, but I think it's a timely reminder of what he's done in his career and now good he can be.
The great news is that opens up another spot on our bench - do we give it to another rookie, or move Ford back to an edge and go Ale and Bunty to keep with a bit more experience?

Our back lines fooked haha, not sure there's even a point trying to name a back line if we don't know who's injured and who's available currently!

I think for our forwards and bench id go:

AFB
Egan
Ford
Laban
Niukore
Walker

CHT
Jazz
Ale
Tohu

Or, depending how Sifakula is going, maybe you chuck him on the bench and move Ford to edge, and Ale, Tohu or Jazz to starting prop?

Either way I'm excited to see what Webby has instore for us!

1 C N Klokstad
2 R T Sheck
3 M G Taufa
4 A Pompey
5 M Montoya
6 T M Martin
7 S Johnson
8 A F Blake
9 W Egan
10 B Afoa
11 J Ford
12 M Niukore
13 D Walker

14 C H Tavita
15 J Tavaga
16 T Harris
17 J Laban

If RTS is to take Montoyas spot then I'm playing him for DWZ when he's suspended.

as long as we have a positive win record by the end of the season we should be in the 8.

the team is currently 6-1-7.

this game is an absolute must win.

So going forward our pack has 3 beasts, a top ball player and an origin workhorse, ie 2 origin players in the pack, IDK man that and our power game is pretty fearsome, until the rookie rotation mistakes creeps in

AFB
Egan
Barney (solves lateral movement issues by staying in the middle)
Capewah (agile lateral D on the left should help Pompey’s speed deficiency, coaching our edge D and work on coordinating his offload game?)
Marata
Walker (exclusive 13)

Bench
CHT - spells Walker and should be injury cover for the ENTIRE backline
Jazz - impact
Ale - impact
Ford - 2nd row/prop cover and spells starters

Reserves - Bunty/Laban/Tohu/Zyon Maiu’u

If Webby doesn’t get

Still too slow.

Well at least we will win this one...

Assuming Barnett plays for us?

1.TMM
2.SHECK
3.MGT
4.CNK
5.Montoya
6.CHT
7.SJ
8.AFB
9.Egan
10.Ford
11.Barnett
12.Marata
13.Walker

14.Bunty
15.Jazz
16.Tohu
17.Lussick

SJ on Ball
TMM right/left shifts
ChT left
Roger goes left when Dal gets back bye monty
50/50 on Pompey or Berry for Rcentre spot

Barnett as 18th man cannot play for us

Some players just play better for there rep teams.
Gagai is one of those players.

28 points is normally the cut off point. We are sitting on 15 after round 15. Add on two byes takes us to 19. Therefore, we would need to win 4.5 games to reach 28. (we play Broncos, Tigers, Eels, Bulldogs at home and Titans, Raiders, Dolphins, Eagles, Bulldogs and Sharks away).

I think we are going to need more than that this year. I think we need a minimum 6/10 wins
