I can’t do personal attacks like @sup42 does.

Sorry it’s not my thing.
We need him back. Everyone is too nice to each other since he left.
Same with @Bruce
All the nutters and controversial posters are gone and I’ll struggling to replace them 😂
Yeah I get that. Its actually refreshing to try figure things out in a contemporary way hahahaha

You should delete this mate. No
Need to spread it around … it’s crossed the line
It does however give fans some extent of the vitriol players cop from dipshits, and maybe a bit more understanding.......i mean SJ got pillored by most on here when he called this shit out a few weeks back.....good on him i say....i'll back the players over this sort of shit anyday.......even Latrell who gets this worse than anyone else in the comp.

Back to the game, yeah unfortunately Chanel choked on the kicks, no use denying it, its there in black n white, however im of the opinion games are made up of many moments, u win enough of those moments u generally win games.......we lost many more of thiose moments than just those kicks.

More concerning than those missed conversions for me and where the focus should lie is

1. the lack of intensity we started that game with (what's happening pre kick off that we're not coming out switched on?)
and 2. why was everything going through Chanel on attack?........field postion kicking, bombs, red zone kicking? ........why did Te Maire seem quite happy to take a backseat that game?.

We can agree to disagree. The way I see it - it should be censored - the more that language spreads the more acceptable it becomes to the young impressionable generation ….

Notice this is very evident in the nsw cup team also that came back over the eels last week from way down but also been in other games this season. They seem to start very slowly, just as the first grade side is. Are they conserving energy in the early stages, or even 1st half?

Hi CHT. Your goal kicking was ratshit last night. That's not a reflection on you as a human. Its a performance based business/sport and your performance when measured falls short.

You can own that part. Your identity and existence is absolutely fine and not part of your measured reference. Stay you and get better at goal kicking.

Regarding that racist hater...... unfortunately a man has every right to be as wrong as he wants to be.

Yeah i agree with that as well.......however ive also seen many say these guys should just cop it and then get absolutley slammed when they do try to speak up against it.....fuck that.

Was at a game and witnessed first hand the abuse Latrell cops.....i mean im not a Latrell fan at all but it was truly disgusting, wont repeat it here but it included his race, his family.....just scum of the earth stuff......wouldnt have blamed him at all if he jumped the fence and laid into the khunts..

On review I’m blaming that loss on RTS not CHT.

That effort miscommunication whatever you want to call it for the savage try is something he’s always been prone to.

A major blunder at a critical time, no matter how well he plays he’s always got a shitter in him.

He could have easily made ground and caught it or turned faster and lunged at it.

He didn’t do anything.

I’m all for mental health & looking after our players, and no one will feel worse than Chanel right now. I also understand that we didn’t show up for the first 20, we lost our fb & our centre, and had huge reshuffles. I understand all of this. However, despite all of this, CHT 0/3 from the boot, with two easy conversations. I’m sorry, but the word I keep repeating is unacceptable. This is a professional sport that players are paid more than 90% of general public, we support our team through thick and thin, and a professional athlete cannot convert directly in front to save our season. Simply unacceptable.

Yeah I agree with what you're saying, but what other options are available? 3rd choice kicker didn't nail the ones he was supposed to. Maybe lesson learnt and we don't give it to him in clutch moments?

Again, I was quite a harsh critic of Chanel in his first stint with us, and while I think I've matured slightly to not rip the shit out of him any more, I think he's simply not starting 5/8 material.
Last game against the Dogs he had a shocker, I think it was 4 errors including the iconic no look pass to the sideline. In this game too, there were little moments that kinda just shows he wasn't up to it...on one of our attacking sets on their line he threw the pass out to either the winger or centre (can't remember who), who was going out over the sideline and threw it back to him with the line wide open and he dropped it cold...to me it just shows he hasn't got the game awareness to be such a crucial part of this team.
Very few try assists and forced drop outs, his general kickings is below par, and the poor errors in his game just show me he's not someone we can rely on as a starter.

I still think there's a place for him in our team, but for me we need to limit his involvement and decision making in key areas and I think we can isolate the good parts of his game - his defence and heart

Unfortunately most of the players you can pick something. RTS as you posted, DWZ was very ordinary as well, Niukore early on defensively, even Barney had a couple of brain snaps... One player having a bit of a mixed game happens. The majority of the team didn't look switched on or prepared to play for their season which is concerning. AFB has copped a lot over the last few weeks on here but him and Capewell can hold their heads up after that game

In answer to this question

In Wellington Warriors match last season at Westpac stadium, which I attended, the warriors warmed up 5 to ten minutes less than the knights did on the field. The Knights were out there a good 7 or 8 minutes at least before the warriors came out for only ten minutes.
Maybe the warriors warm up in the sheds.

Maybe it has changed since then as that was 18 months ago. But if still the case we need to warm up more. I feel we don;t wake up until 12-15 minutes into every match.

AFB was also in hybernation mode in the first half. Only came to life when he saw Leka putting in the hard work and ripping in.

I see back to brushing teammates off when he scores too. Walker held his hand out for a high five and decided just to pat him on the shoulder when he didn’t acknowledge him. Certainly a good one though with 200 running metres. Still rate him as at least tied best prop in the nrl

Seems like the season of what if. 9th lose losing by 6 or less points.

I watched the presser and I feel like I watch the same thing every week. “Did some things really well, and some things not very well” but proud of the comeback 🙄

I feel for CHT. The team lost, not him. By the looks of him walking into the sheds post game, with his breathing it was almost as if he was having a panic attack, as someone who's had them its an easy thing to spot
I reckon he was having one on the field, watch him lining up that last goal kick, I have never seen anyone looking like that on the field. The coaching team should be onto that shit and he should not have been taking the kicks.
