Webster's going to be a good coach but has a lot of learning to do

Will be interesting to see how he responds next season. Most of the team had career best years last season. This year we just couldnt pivot when needed and kept trying the same things thinking we could do the same as last year. The resolve in defence is lacking. Our attack looks horrible. We try to play a possession and territory game and generally win that but our attack or defence just does not back up what we gain in those areas.
