My bum is a little moist from the last 20 min sitting on the bank, but glad I attended a game this year.

From my vantage point we shouldn't have conceded any of those tries, just seemed like off the clock defence rather than anything special from the Eels.

Oh well, next year is our year!

What else is scary is that Stacey is our kiwis coach 👀👀👀 should've been Wayne and Stacey as a ln assistant. Would've learnt something to bring to the Warriors.
Was Justin Morgan that important last year????

Credit to the Eels.
Playing early so their body clocks would have been out of sync.
Sleeping and eating at weird times.
Colder than their bodies would be used to so metabolism and mood would be low.
Did well to hang on until the last few minutes.

Hy, if it's okay to make these kinds of excuses for the Warriors....

A lot of webbys gameplan is eerily similiar to Kearneys gameplan. Last year we had options in attack, bodies in motion, fast free flowing passes. This year it has been lacking along with discipline and return of bad options.

We need to revamp how we want to play. We wont have AFB here next season to produce big numbers and take so many defenders back with each carry. Our halves options look bare. Lack of speed, this team aint getting on the outside of opposition.

Wtf has happened to our defence from last year though! Its so fucking meek.
Our defence last year? Fuck all injuries, 1 injuries last year and one player to replace. This year, 6 injuries at a time to key players.

This season reminds me of 2019.

Last year like 2018 we made the finals for the first time in a long time. A big part of the turn around was the recruitment drive the previous season refreshing the side.

Like 2019 things fell apart really quicky. Every other team recruits heavily things at least last a few seasons.

This year may have been affected more by injuries. It is dangerous reviewing the season and thinking it was all injuries. They haven't helped but there is also questions on the style of play and a few other areas.

Ah well season done, even though it was done awhile ago... Least I can concentrate on other stuff... Will pop in every now and then to check rumours/ signings etc... I thought Webster was a bit cocky this season and believed in his and the warriors own hype, warranted maybe but other teams are also fighting hard for a top 8 spot. Saw one interview he was joking with reporters and It was so different from 2023 straight faced season, I hope he learns and grows from this.. start giving younger players longer minutes and let's build for 2025...
