I never post much besides articles but I'm done for while with this team. SJ can retire today! Ive been following since day one and thought things have finally changed but obviously they haven't.

Take care guys and I'll see you sometime in the future.

Is this the first "I'm out guys" post in Webster's tenure? It is a night of milestones.

I'd be okay with SJ at 7 next week if not for his defence. He just wasn't good enough in that regard, and that is really, really concerning. TMM is a much better defender as things stand.

It was obvious that the Titans had a game plan to target RTS on defence too, which he did not win. The NRL pays a lot of lip service to RTS for marketing etc, but it is plain to see that the opposition coaches identify him as a weak link.

The writing was on the wall (although didnt think the loss would be that bad) just before the Titans first try, we finally go a couple quick play the balls, 4th tackle, OK field position, SJ gets the ball , the plays on to pass wide and the cunt goes short to fucking Tohu for a settler. Knew then that it was back to the same shite game plan.

Also unacceptable.

Well it should be unacceptable. Besides the Origin boys & DWZ coming back I'd be surprised if there are a lot of changes. Partly due to a few injuries. But it always seems to be the case with this club. Coaches don't do it or it's let these guys work through it.

This is a perfect time for a coach to walk in after the loss and say what he needs to say and finish with or only say. Take a look at that jersey and think if you want to wear it again. You will need to earn it. That starts on the training field. See you on Monday/Tuesday (depending on schedule).

Wayne Bennett gives some guys the silent treatment. Not sure if that would work with an entire team.

Have to disagree for the fact that changes happened already and we won!

Not bloody rocket science

Letting a winger stroll in under the posts set alarm bells off for me.

Only one way that happens, lack of effort.

Webby's a bit deflated in the presser, pretty honest though.
He essentially said no wide sweeping changes for next week and would examine things with cool heads on Monday morning to take the emotion out of it. All 17 players played bad he said so hard to identify any people to specifically drop.

Let's hope that he changes his mind once he thinks things through and drops people for next week. Not the presser I was hoping for but he said what I predicted he would say which is to stay loyal and back the team.

As he should be.

He must at some level understand that whatever his plan is, doesn't work.

Very confronting for a leader when that happens.

A cobbled together team told to play whats in front of them beat two top 4 teams.

An experienced team 18 months into a game plan can't get the ball wider that 10m either side of the posts.
