Have to question Webby starting with Lussick when our prime attacking ball always seems to be early, need to have Egan on to take advantage of that.

Guarantee you that game takes us back to status quo before last season.

No fucking fringe supporters will stay on.
And who fucking cares.

Anyone who’s followed this team for a while isn’t surprised right now. Yeah I’m the grumpy fan who scoffs at all these people jumping on the wagon when the vibes are high and we’re winning.

Soon as shit hits the fan they fuck off, and it’s all jokes about the team, “oh keep the faith, nek year is our year” and all the BS.

So many posts about “oh that’s not fair to the fans who sold out Mt Smart!” Well guess what - it was their fucking choice to get over excited after 1 outlier season out of the last 5-6years. Their choice to jump on the wagon and follow the crowd and social media trends like sheep.

I’m not worried about the die hard that frequent Mt Smart year after year either. They know the game, they never fold.

Everyone else, don’t let the door hit your arse on the way out.

So my take after reading and watching everything is that virtually all of us fans know that since the club began we go thru more lows than highs and it's getting worse. We haven't got anywhere near to a top 6 side consistently. It's groundhog day every season. Last night's performance shows that something radically is wrong still with this club.Do I have an answer No.Be great if the fans had control over certain areas would be more fun than watching this train wreck all the time by us followers.

I thought that the reffing was the most pro warriors I think I have ever seen in a warriors game last night, and yet we still couldn't take advantage!

A conspiracy theorist would suggest that the NRL wanted us to make a last minute run for the finals....

Pray tell, almighty font of rugby league knowledge, what questions are to be asked?

We scored three tries in 7 seven minutes, when embarrassment was on the line.

That ain't on Webby.
If he takes the kudos for last year surely he takes the heat this year? How much might be the question though.

CNK 308m 😍

Carries the team on his back
Thing is i would gladly trade 100 of those metres (which are mostly hit ups) for someone who just runs a support line around the middle of the ruck....even if he doesnt get the ball. The 4 or so one out hit ups after the continuous deep Asi kicks was just easy fodder for the Eels.....and they just played for the inevitable error (which we eventually obliged), got on a roll from there.....(probably the game plan we wanted to do).
.....then again dont know wether its a coached thing but offloading (which is strange for a Warriors side youd have thought) isnt really part of our vocabulary....hasnt been for a while (we we're having enough trouble catching no pressure passes so i guess....)
Just saw and was thinking tho with a few of those half breaks around the ruck youd have seen in other teams someone like the Hammer sniffing around all over them.

The team is able to defend great for 15-20 minutes then folds nearly every week.
The attacking ability in the oppositions 20 is the worst in the league.
We have had two of the worst games in warriors history this year - last night and titans.
We no longer have support runners or decoy runners, last year was bodies in motion and options for our ball distributors.
Why? And what are we doing about it?

But, what questions would you ask of Webby? That's what I asked...
I already covered a bit earlier but a few would be around playing SJ and Tohu injured, the next man up philosophy seems to be talked up but used when it suits - and little reward for the players that stepped up and performed, game plan and why we didn't adapt, bench use and make up, selection head scratchers like picking Walker at 12 in the titans game, bringing SJ back early, bringing SJ back for Eels over a half combination that had got pretty good results (while not looking anywhere near perfect), did he overestimate some players this season and underestimate others, what do the assistant coaches do, why do we looked fatigued after having all the early ball, is there anything that's changed from last season in our preparation and training, etc etc

The players certainly have questions to answer as well.

The last sentence says it ALL. Not enough mental toughness sadly

Good questions.

Personally I think the players should be being asked these. As I mentioned previously, the potential is there, the execution isn't.

Is that a coaching issue? Is that a player mentality issue?
