Thos is my absolute best squad when all available.
CNK
DWZ
Berry
MTG
RTS
SJ
TMM
AFB
Egan
BArnett
Ford
CApewell
Walker

CHT
Ale
Laban
Niukore

Harris needs gardening leave to freshen up imo. Walker way more dynamic and just as skilled.

In two minds about Capewell, using the form is temporary class is permanent thinking.

TMM has to make decisions and not defer to SJ constantly.

RTS is just as good as Montoya defensively, and adds more offensively.

Berry and MGT have been the best defensively.

MGT - one game sample size...
Roger has looked lost on the wing on D plenty of times. Montoya has actually impressed me in recent weeks staying on his man when appropriate. Pompey got gassed twice last week but definitely was in a position to make the tackle. Some said he should of jammed but it looked like the right decision to me. We look much safer on D with Montoya than DWZ

Something I would like to add as well from yesterdays game. I quick calculation I have done I get the following (and in some cases slightly conservative). AFB $1m, TH $850k, SJ $600k, CNK $400k, KC $450k, WE $450k, RB $300k, LM $350k, RTS $500k. We won against a top 4 side (currently) with approx $4.9m of our cap out. That is impressive. I don't know many other sides that could've done that.

Problem with judging Capewell's performance, is I don't think we've had him at 100% yet since getting injured at some point during the Sharks game way back in Round 1 (think it was ribs or something in that game but since then has notably had throat and calf issues as well).

Like all the walking wounded, I reckon we should just wait till he's absolutely 100% on all those issues before getting him back, for all we know could become Barnett-like who had some injury issues last year but came back from that to be the hard man we want him to be.

Mighty fend by Montoya!

TMM has 1.5 good games @ 7 and people calling for SJ to be replaced?!? Absolutely fucking madness.

Give the man his flowers?!!!

Great problem to have.
It’s his spot now to lose @7 after steering the ship to two impossible wins imho after 4 duds in a row with SJ leading the helm.

BTW has SJ signed on for another year yet?….. and do we really need him 👀 👀 👀
