This follows my thoughts exactly and very logical without player bias that many of us humans have. Those out injured will come back in. I think TMM will get first shot at 6…. He will never be 7 over a fit SJ. His kicking technique and distance is poor - He needs a 6 that can kick as well. He jagged his best 3 halves of football in the past 2 games…. But as this poster has said - it was on the back of all players lifting and some putting in their best performances. That is hard to replicate game after game. Imagine what we could have done with 20m more on every kick!

Who I believe really showed their value was Jazz and Pompey. I believe they will hold their positions and RTS will be moved to either right centre or wing. Montoya had his best game in a long time but if Pompey stays - then I think they will find a spot for RTS on the wing where he can do what he does best…. Work load, kick returns and dummy half runs. With Addin back… who is our best player and with Walker being a revelation at 13, Tohu might spend more time on the bench /front row which might mean Niukore gets a spell on the edge as he also showed how much better we are with him running at their 7 ….something no one else can do like him just yet.

CHT will also have a place on the bench with TMM at 6 for now. However, I do like CHT at 6 for the left foot kick and defence with Pompey on that edge - But Webby will reward TMM at 6 for now I think. If CHT is at 6 and we have Jazz, Walker, Niukore ((if not starting) on the bench - then we would have to carry a hooker or half on the bench. That might prompt TT to jump the line as a left field option and TT or CHT can play 9 during the game if injury happens. It will be interesting to see what roles TT plays in cup to prepare him for the first team. He has played 1st and 2nd receiver a fair bit of late and kicked a lot.

Finally, Webby was prepared to move CNK around as we had TT to play fb…. Will CNK be centre or FB when we return? Or when RTS returns and where? CNK will definitely be in the 13 somewhere. We have a log jam at centre with Pompey, Berry, RTS, Ali, MGT…. Maybe Charnze? Good players will miss out.

I like a settled line up as it means we are usually playing well and everyone knows their roles…= we are settled. However, these next 4 weeks will really be interesting to see what the line-ups will be and can we ride this wave that our squad players have created for the established players! Either way…. Up the mighty Wahs!

I would have Charnz at centre as he was already named there before the illness, RTS at FB because you know the quality you are gonna get there, and Taine to back up, TMM at 6 and CHT 14 as CHT is a better more versatile 14 than TMM

Interesting to see Marata was on the edge vs Dolphins, anyone know if he’s still beefed up or has he offloaded some weights?
