Rts is on the list at 650 and number 80/ that 650 is. A$
Tohu nowhere to be seen
Interestingly number 100 is Cody Walker
I can’t see how we don’t have a shitload of spare salary cap to spare? We don’t have the expensive spine many teams do, our highest paid earners will be JFH, Tohu, Niukore and RTS. DWZ still perhaps sees a decent salary? When you look at a team like the eels with the expensive spine and some big earners in the forward pack, the rest of the team must be on bigger all?

Yes I was thinking along those lines but as a prev poster stated - can’t trust these lists
Tohu and DWZ not listed also Barny - how much would he be on
Lot of cap space wasted on Jake the Muss and Rts based on their 2024 form.
Marata could improve in 2025 - Rts I don’t think so / expensive costs for effectively a spare
And a flop end to the year by our much trumpeted Nsw cup team
2024 has been disappointing more so than in a long time for me.
During Covid there was at least an obvious reason
But this year my gut blames Webster crap game plans dubious selections poor bench use failure to bring in new players despite loss after loss after loss no accountability from his list of favourite players

Can't remember if this is still allowed but we might have front loaded next years pay to some of the players. i.e. Niukore was paid an extra $200K but in 2025 he gets $200k less. There was a poster who seemed an expert at what was allowed for the salary cap I think the posts might have been on the old website.

There’s still definitely backended deals being done but I don’t think it can be to the extent it used to be? Bit shit really that a club can have you earning a good salary in your last year, I guess it’s incentive to work hard to get that good final year salary. I know Jackson Hastings’ salary goes to $800k next year, hence why knights are trying to offload him

Don’t know what list you read, Barnett was #60 and Tohu #17
