We must surely be looking at Royce hunt. He looked good tonight.

Key signing would be a decent strength & conditioning coach, our injury list through the year looks like we were under cooked.
Benji has his hooks into Hunt and is trying to sign him.
Like I have said a number of times the addition of just one team has stretched the talent pool considerably making it hard to recruit anybody. Things about to get twice as hard when the Bears enter the league. When do they start signing players?

Geez we’ve got some serious headaches next year in the back 5.

Only one locked in imo is DWZ.

Charnze needs to play, but where?

Montoya has shown awesome moments, and has been consistently good but does RTS bump him out of the side?

Rocco was the best centre at the club prior to injury, and improved every game.

Pompey is reliable and has games under his belt, experience.

Leiataua is raw, and has game breaking ability the other centres lack but has defensive work ons.

CNK
RTS
Berry
Leiataua
DWZ

Montoya Tuaupiki Pompey to miss out.. tough one! I really really like Taine at the back though, but CNK plays fb for NZ.. he’s a bloody good player charnze

We have finished 13th guaranteed and avoided the bottom 4. For those who like small observations, 13th will be ever so slightly easier to recruit from than 14th which would have been bottom 4.
Not yet we haven't, Titans play the Knights tomorrow night and a win would lift them back above us. If they followed that up with another win next week we would finish 14th.

Might be reading too much into this but bunty confirmed leaving now? Jazz reposted a story from buntys partner (?) that she wished bunty was running out with jazz today as well.
Jazz said on his This Warriors Life interview that he Bunty had been his room mate s lot of the time with the Warriors when they play away and it generally came across like they're good mates. So it could easily just be a post about them running out one last together for the Warriors.

The best solution is to fold the Wests Tigers and send their players to Perth, they deserve it.

We look more fluent with Taine at 1 tonight, Charnz and DWZ were epic together, Charnz to play 4, and Pompey can cover Ali, Berry for Charnz, and Charnz can cover for Taine and Luke at 6, so plenty of game time for everyone and good depth cover and maintenance

Roger on leftwing and depth for FB and centre, Monty as depth for both wings he seems to be great when under pressure, MTG and the teenage winger next ones up

We do need halfback cover cuz if TMM goes down we are stuck with Metcalf or CHT orchestrating the game

Agree 100% on all of this.

Just seemed more fluent with Taine at FB. Using CNK as the battering ram from the back doesnt get the best out of him IMO and he looked good in center.

And if TMM is starting HB, him and Taine linked up nicely in the Panthers game. I just feel theres a shift in the FB this season, with guys like Kini, Fuller, Faalogo starting to have more say.

Maybe I have missed the obvious, but has their actually been a confirmation Bunty is leaving aside from a player's vague comment in a social media post?

I'm sure SJ, etc. would have mentioned him alongside the others if he was going. Or perhaps if he is, Bunty himself wants to keep it on the down low?
