Harris will be 13 next year, with a young gun, probably Sifakula blooded into the role for 26. I think Marata should go to prop, don't think he's a second rower anymore. Think we're at a stage where we can back a junior or 2 to step up.
I think so too. His defensive reads have been especially bad lately.

Is that a result of trying to bulk him up to play in the middle and then realizing we have no strike in our second row so reverting him back to there?
Wonder how it is for the players, swapping around from week to week, our middles have gone to the edges, our second rowers have swapped sides, become props, gone back to the edges, swapped sides again, even become centres or wingers … its like we are trying to build this multi-tool type team of utilities rather than dedicated positional specialists. Must get bloody confusing.

I hear you. Interesting how basketball tried to go positionless and the ABs are trying to get every player to be able to cover atleast two positions. Maybe it’s a strategy, but you would think combinations are the big thing that may suffer?

Someone with terrible mental fortitude, a noted off-field gambling issue, a history of injury and middling form despite being in a stacked Roosters squad would be a real Warriors of old signing.
The main reason why he flourished in the Storm system is because Bellamy is a ruthless bugger. He needs the right, cut-throat minded coach to succeed, and AW is not that.

I would love to see if Pompey could transition into the back row. Players have done it before. Defending wouldn't be too much of an issue as you're only 1 or 2 players in. Could be that big rangy second rower. Too slow for a centre but would be faster than our current back rowers.
