Just a side note, earlier in the season pre Metcalf when Aussie media were fawning over Boyd's transformative performances, Andrew Johns made the comment that halves needing confidence should look to run first and then play off that.
Basically he boiled it down to taking the pressure away and putting it on the defensive line by creating doubt (time & space)..
Yeah, I'm in the why-not-both camp - right now Tanah is killing it, if he gets injured or reverts to horribleness for a few weeks then Metcalf show us what ya got. Otherwise you've got the '27 preseason to reclaim your spot
