He wants to be a 7 and we would be stupid not to give him a chance.
I'm excited to see what he brings. The guy wants the ball in his hands, let's see what he can do with it.

My thoughts are that he would be better off with some more space and being one off the ruck would enable that.
With the combined Cleary and Moses bloodlines, that would make him Jesus

I understand that but his speed creates space for others.
But is more than that. As a halfback he will need to direct the team and do most of the kicking you would think.
I see him as a big threat, much moreso than SJ 2.0 which I'm hoping will help TMM at 6 a bit more.
One of the dificulties I think of the TMM / SJ combo is neither were a huge threat running. The combo was defendable.
Overload on LM, TMM is in space...
I'm actually quietly optimistic about the season if we can keep the core group on the field.Unfortunately we have double glazed halves.
TBF I hope we have a better time with injuries this year.
Not too much to ask for surely.
However I think we are in for another disappointing season
Noone is expecting anything from us after last season and the loss of SJ/Tohu/AFB. If the main squad can keep fit, we definitely can linger around the back end of the eight.
Mind you I've been quietly optimistic every pre season for 30+ years. Always willing to give them enough rope to start the season, otherwise what's the point
