Half time was 6 nil Warriors, a real grind.

Patience shown, flood gates opened when our big boys came back on in the second half.

I should also mention that our spine was the weak point. Yet despite that major handicap the strike power of the explosive runners right across the park were too much for the Magpies to contain once we wore them down.

A feature of the game was during that low scoring half of footy and for the second half, we introduced offensive defence, holding up the lead runner then Warriors joining in....in threes and fours and driving them backwards.

Our try line defence when they had runs of back to back pressure against us was outstanding. Our kick chase was excellent and we basically clinically strangled them out of the contest for NSW cup football.

Well ahead on all metrics, possession and territory.

Taine Tuaupiki converted every try.
