International New Zealand Kiwis

That is fucking ridiculous. Obv in some cases, you cannot have a player touching an injured guy, mainly with head/neck injuries but it's not like he tried to pull him off the ground, sit him up, or roll him over. He moved his arm to check if the lights were still on.

From a Kiwis POV though, 11 of the 21 were already returning from last year, and 15 were in the squad the year before. Bringing Hiku in as an experience play feels unnecessary, he's 0 chance of playing the WC and is just blocking the chance for someone that could be involved in the WC getting their start

The SJ call up makes sense in that there is literally no one else out there; you would be dipping into reserve-grade halves if not. But with centres/outside backs we have Pompey and Ali already in NZ to pick from, not to mention the guys here and there in Aussie.
thats the inexperience of the coach is it not ?

Not often it can be said in relation to our great game... but common sense prevails!

He didn’t know he was injured hence he checked and when realised pulled away.

Ridiculous he was even charged.

Surprised we’re only paying $2.75, that’s pretty short by our standards.
Australia didn’t look that flash but will be better for the run- we’re well down on troops and some of the boys haven’t play for a while.
Over $3 on the site I use.

Australia looked very vulnerable through the forwards.

I’m calling an early free pass for SJ this weekend (assuming he gets selected of course lol).
I can’t bag a guy who answers a genuine SOS call for his country.
The kangaroos are genuinely smarting after that thrashing we gave them and are going to be out for redemption. What I like about SJ involved is it gives us something to use as our motivation to send him out a winner just as the Warriors did against the sharks. That game is only recent so should give him plenty of confidence. Many Kiwi players too would have had some sympathy for SJ not to pick up dally m last year and I’m sure would be keen to do something special with him to wind up his international career
