I think we bowl anyone else who can bowl slow, rather than putting any pace back into the attack. Conway, Young, Latham etc come on down!

The twilight cricket tactic. Works a treat in my local comp. The worse the bowler, the harder to get them off the square.

Well, that would be a tragedy. 50 overs is brilliant on sporting pitches, when all players can bring out their skills and teams their tactics.

We really are light in the seamer bowling department now aren't we. Henry is an honest toiler but not overly threatening, Ferguson is a bit of a flat track bully, Neesham can't bowl, Southee and Boult are at the end of their careers.

Psychologically, 388 is uplifting for NZ

The pitch has slowed up a lot, and Australia have seen how pace off is the key. We don't get the dew effect to much later either. They will try and strangle us. We need Conway, Mitchell and Phillips to come off.
