Is it too early for Webster out talk?

2 seasons ago he brought in new ideas, last season he got figured out and no plan B.

This season I'm not seeing anything that's changed in terms of a very 1 dimensional style of play.
Was Justin Morgan the brains behind 2023? Since he left we haven't looked anywhere near the same

That is the fault of the coach surely?
He is not without blame, but he couldn't help the Tohu retirement, players unwilling to come to NZ and our lack of development over the Covid years.

Especially after reading Ivan Clearys book I think pushing out Andrew Webster when he is still learning would be a mistake, unfortunately unless we sign a Craig Bellamy, Wayne Bennett-esque coach we are going to have to give these newer coaches time, rather than continually making the mistake of pushing them out. It's a lesson I hope our club management has learnt over the clubs history.

While I totally agree I would like AW to have a sounding board type person to help him with decision making.
Things like recruitment, interchange ,selection, bringing up the youth, culture.
Etc etc.
Someone like John Hart would be great

If he makes top 12 he's still got the job for me. We should have a heap of cash and big recruitment coming, so top 12 with this team shows decent coaching with hope of some new cattle coming in for the following year.
I dont think getting rid of him helps us at all, who do we get in? Brad Arthur?

In a bit of a position with this one, i think they just need to drop it say hes safe no matter what for a couple years as long as he gets the next crop ready and playing nrl.
