Gameday 2024 Trial 2 - Warriors vs Dolphins

I don't mean this to be argumentative, but I would really like to know the answer
Please list 3 -4 halves who started out with humble outputs and capabilities in their first 2 to 3 years but ended up being a gun player?

All the good halves I have ever seen were good from game one they played. Including Dylan Brown for example.
Tom Dearden?
First 4 years in the NRL saw him win just 5 times in 34 games. Clicked in season 5, led Cowboys to playoffs & performed well in SOO

If Metcalfs X factor is speed then he’s in the wrong position

Looks at all the good halves - Jahrome Huges, Reynolds,Cleary, Munster - all xfactor and its not speed

Fine 😃 if he moves on. It will mean TMM and CHT ( 😂) had a fantastic season or SJ is going another year or both

What's worse is there a very few teams with specialist running 6's

- Canberra with Jack wighton who is now going to play centre at Souths
- Bulldogs with Matt Burton - been a failure.

the top teams have two ball playing halves, all of them...

Hippobunnies gone?

Off season shits & giggles over

New season. Time to go beastmode. 😜 😂

Last years preseason the ressies played beautifully, and the first team played turgid one out and defend. Hope it’s a better watch than that was, though Webster Dosent owe anyone anything if he tells them to go out and tackle for 80 minutes with no attack

Interesting points.

Last year as you know Webster had a brand new side and did the Kearney thing, he said exactly the same as Kearney, we are going to practice our defence and worry about attack later.

Dylan Walker mentioned that he asked Webby if he could go off script a little early on and Webster said no.

Which Walker came to appreciate as the season unfolded and Webster said flick the switch.

I suspect we will see the same focus on defence, as we did last week, and I imagine Webster will want them to go out there and practice their attacking structures.

So the same as last year with a little more in the attack column based off us having had more time to practice this year.
