Well ok. I can cede that point because it makes sense. You sound like an analytical person.
So following on from this, the distillation of data upweights one race over the other based on the priorities. This will result in that race being:
A) over represented in medical conditions, and
B) allocated more medical care than someone else who ticks only a non-priority box
So by its nature of data collection, it inherently favours the prioritised fields
And that’s in addition to actual prioritisation of surgery lists by non-medical bureaucrats
So just to clarify, your opinion is a conspiracy that you feel is being inacted in front of everyone's eyes so that makes you balanced and your opinion factual? In your opinion.

You are conflating two seperate things..
All of these ethnicities are provided by the patient, if the race is over represented in medical conditions that's because it's likely the actual number.
Allocation of medical care has nothing to do with the priorities that you presented in this picture. That's an entirely separate thing.

Those stats are used to make decisions and therefore they are flawed.
Example - my mother needs medication that is free to Maori and not to her. She has the exact same critical need as any Maori.

These protocols are used all across govt. eg I know for a fact education uses the same priority based racial system.
So the question is, can you answer if a Maori or a European is more lively to be under achieving in school if all multiethnic Maori/ European children are not included as European?
And we then make funding decisions based on trash data…
Did you read anything I wrote? The priority system is for the recording of data, nothing to do with medical priority.

As I said, the same priority system is used across multiple govt departments.
In education there are annual surveys that default children to the highest priority race. These surveys are used to determine funding for programmes, where resources are spent, changes to the curriculum, etc.
They are quoted in news releases and used to inform debates.
And are misinformation. Again, who is more likely to be underachieving in school and where’s the proof?
Please read this and tell me its the same priority system, your are conflating two seperate things.

When most inmates will be multiple ethnicities there is no way the total ethnic population can equal 100%. In reality Europeans in prison would be higher than Maori if people of combined Maori and European ancestry were identified as both rather than defaulted to Maori as our govt priority data does.
This is a disservice to Maori when these stats are always quoted labelling Maori. I would be in an uproar if I was Maori and the data was being deliberately skewed to make me look worse.

Your comments are quite racist to be honest. You sound like talk back radio, and I'm picking that might be the Platform.
How is that racist? This is what Rawiri, Packer and TPM have said. Rawiri has even said Maori blood is superior. You are a typical leftie, you preach niceness and inclusion, unless someone doesn’t agree with you or has a different way of thinking. You then get labeled either a racist or a someone who doesn’t care. The fact is Labour had 6 years in power, let’s excuse 3 for Covid, but the last three were woke bullshit that put plenty of business out of business , esp Wellington, farmers got shafted so our food prices went up, inflation ran at 7.4%, Health, Roading, education, poverty, crime all got worse.
They changed names of crown organisations to Maori so nobody had a clue what they were, esp tourists., did they consult the public on that?
They let people languish on the job seeker with no recourse or kpi’s for years even tho we had a job shortage, there are cultural discounts applied to murders and rapist who only get 8-10 years or worse get home detention, ram raids I couldnt keep up how many were happening per day. Then we had payments to gangs. Housing NZ was a mass joke and nobody go evicted even if you threatened your neighbours multiple times, you could also trash the house you lived in with no consequence.
I could then go on about the ministers that were fired or left under Labour and the behaviour of the Greens. The worst was when Golriz blamed it on mental health ffs.
I could go on all day, like Labour playing whale sounds to kauri trees to stop kauri dieback that cost 4 mill because it was ancient Maori theory (bullshit) . But I won’t because I havnt got days and it does my head in that people want them back in so soon and criticise EVERY decision they don’t like about this government. The left ideology’s don’t work which is why we are seeing the downfall of Ardern, Biden, Trudeau and others all over the world.
So in conclusion you will have to excuse me of voting for the left for a very, very long time.
