Had two nights of stretching.

I was wanting to go for a bike ride last night but dinner was a bit late and needed the food to settle.

Weather isn't looking the best for it tonight.

Cracked the 98kg barrier!!! Weigh in today at 97.8kg Exceedingly happy and given me a bit of a boost. Was beginning to think that the 95kg goal was completely unachievable. Seems a bit funny but the difference between 97.8 and 98.2 is actually fairly significant for me!

Good work.

Don't get obsessed with the number of the scales especially if it isn't changing week to week. It might be best to weigh yourself less frequently. The main thing is to maintain the habbits you have been implementing.

The advice about not being obsessed with the scales comes from a YT channel I watch. He is a weight loss coach and while losing weight was constantly weighing himself. His wife who is also a weight loss coach ended up hiding his scales.

The goal weight is fine. Just advising caution that is all. It isn't uncommon for your weight to jump up a little bit one week as long as the main trend is downwards.

yeah, that's why i try to just weigh in once a week every Friday. used to look everyday and it fluctuates by a bit each day up or down.
thats the first time in a very long time (like at least a decade) that its started with a 97 though so yeah, very happy.

I kind of use the scales as a reminder of what I'm trying to do rather than just fixated on the number and weekly is a good time to do that for me

Got a gym session in yesterday and a ride in this morning.

Hope the weather holds up tomorrow morning for another ride. The road works I have been avoiding look to be finished. So I may be able to get a bit more miles in.

I managed to get a session in with the kettlebells today.

Weather wasn't great this morning to get out on the bike. This evening is out due to the UFC and a late dinner. Hopefully tomorrow, dependent on getting home after my kids sport.

Another night out on the bike.

Not the best effort in terms of distance, time, or speed. My dinner hadn't quite settled. Got through it though.

My Mrs bought me a roller and I had to googlize what to do with it. It's good value I must say.

7 hours brush cutting today. Stretching tonight and whatever I can think of at the time. Which might be sleep.
I've got a few of them. Different sizes, normal foam rollers and the deep tissue rollers.

I mainly use my larger deep tissue roller for my hamstrings, back and thighs. The small ones are good for travelling. So, when I go away and do a lot of cycling.

I first got one to do my IT Band. Went from being sore to not feeling a thing. Tried that with the deep tissue roller and felt it for a week afterwards.

You can do a lot with them.

That's awesome. Amazing what things are available to free us from tension and cramps

MrFrankWhite MrFrankWhite if I remember correctly you use a Garmin? After an update yesterday I've lost all touch screen ability. Have you ever had that happen & know how to fix it? Online tells me to drain the battery but that'll take about 3 weeks in its current mode
