Turning it off requires the use of touch screen. Via the physical button I've started a "workout" so that'll speed up draining the battery. No good as time peice for the meantime but hopefully it solves itself when it restarts
bugger, so no reset pin hole or anything like that at all.

I'm with MrFrankWhite MrFrankWhite avoid touch screens!

To get around the late day with the kids sport I picked my bike up from the store and did the 1/2 hour walk up to the fields.

It was quite funny when I was helping my wife and kids with the gear and they asked where I parked. At home.

Got home and used the rollers and stretched a bit.

ahhh the irony of life. Weigh in today at 98.2kg after last week saying the difference between 97.8 and 98.2 was significant for me. Still, I'm feeling better than I have for a number of years and on the right track.

4 and a half weeks to go. I'm going to try and do some little extras over this time to try and get as close as I can.

There are other ways to measure success such as how you're feeling and how much easier tasks become.

Keep it up man. Awesome

The irony of life aye, as I used to say to my wife before I got banned from doing the groceries, we're all just one good dump away from optimal weight but it's like god invented trolleys full of beer and chips to smite us.

It would have to be a hell of a poo to get to my optimal weight and if only it was that easy.

Oh definitely. My weight is one of them though. But as you say, I'm feeling as good as I've felt for a long, long time. I need new belts because my waist has shrunk, things are easier to do like the gardens (my 'little' garden project wouldn't even have been able to be started previously but have removed existing plants, skimmed the top layer of grass off, laid paving stone edges, dug out and planted new plants and in the process of laying a cubic meter of river stones), mowing the lawns and the big one is keeping up more and being able to do more with the kids. If I don't hit 95kg it's not a failure because I'm quite happy with what I'm achieving so far.

Variation has helped keep me fresh when my body and mind have been a bit thrashed.

So recently I've been extending my pilates ability. Mixing it up with foot ankle calf knee stuff and then jogging short and I mean short distances.

As well as brush cutting full time

I got a bike ride in yesterday. I was planning on one tonight but had too log a day at work and family stuff. Got a stretching session in instead.

How is that going? I googled it when you first talked about it. That would break me if I attempted it
Every 2 days I'll either do 3x3 of eccentrics as slow as I can & push myself back up from the bottom with my hands or 4x4 where I hinge my hips back a little to make it easier so I can come back up without the push from my hands.
A full range rep before mid 'Feb feels like a pipe dream but I would have said the same thing about 1-arm Push Ups once upon a time so I'll keep at it

Due to injuries and family commitments weights haven't been an option. So I have been restricted to stretching.

I was hoping to get out on the bike today. The weather means that isn't possible.

I will get some stretching in today and that will be something done everyday in November. Not as hard as September but I got something scheduled in everyday.
