Should we be more disgusted in the politicisation of topics...
I've edited my post, sorry, to reflect something not written on a mobile phone.
I am disgusted by those. I don't read all of the political threads in great detail as I'm not interested in politics.
Only those replying truly know their motives if there are any? I was interested in a particular posters very first post following her murder about her being a lesbian like it had anything to do with anything. Like I’ve mentioned about enjoying listening to Martin Bella recently, it was actually him calling out the vile people doing this and coming from a person identifying themselves as right wing, so we’re all mixed in our views. You and I see things differently and I’m not here to try and persuade anyone of anything but merely point out my personal views and I’ve made my mind up on how I’ve informed myself and trust my consciousness. I expect you’ve done the same thing and there’s probably nothing further to add than to agree to disagree

Yep this thread has certainly devolved, some of the shrill pearl clutching and name calling is getting out of handMost of this whole thread is about irrational hyperbole so that it’s hard to have a reasonable discussion.

I really enjoy reading your views and although we often don’t align politically, I respect your view and and always good to see things from every angle. I appreciate too we can have a joke and not be offended. It’s always highlighted to me that we all have so much in common when we’re willing to communicate. I’m going into 2026 with great optimism on the Warriors front though considerate of heartbreak, but there really is something about the brotherhood in this team I reckon? There looks a close bond. Trick in the politics is to not take anything personally. Everyone has different views which makes the world go around.
My hope is the Warriors become a consistent finals force and from there good years will turn into titles! You can see it all building in the right way. Good time to be a fan!

Perhaps I misinterpreted and it was directed at me? This is a personal message I got from wizard of Tauranga at the new year to which I responded accordingly being someone I often don’t agree with politically. If the post was considered at me towards Frank, I even responded to him around Christmas of admiring him to be himself unashamedly, and often interact with the poster always responding if it’s not just a post not worth the response, I often have a joke to which I’m happy to get what I give. When we stop communicating is when things are bad and I hope the poster starts communicating with yourself and and the other party I’ve mentioned
