Rotorua homeless numbers have gone from an eyesore to almost non existent.

Maybe the homeless that got shovelled into Rotorua over covid have gone back where they were.

And homelessness is an addiction and mental health problem. If it was a poverty problem, show me the equal numbers of woman and children living on the streets to me.

Correct, and this specific group are their own community in the Auckland CBD. They’re there because they choose to be.
