Air NZ is great (but a bit expensive) You flown Jet Star?
The ferry's always seem to fuck out causing huge disruption.

Yeah, Jet Star has a bad rep for sure but I've heard they have improved their service in the last few months. I've flown Air NZ 7 times internationally last year and every flight was either delayed or in one case cancelled. IMO their service has deteriorated. Maybe since Luxon left
Domestic flights are very expensive. Depending on times it can be $400 for a return flight to Auckland from here and they advertise Sydney for $225 on sale
One thing that really bugs me is the increases during peak times and holidays. No justification for any increase like additional service or extra wages, just because they can. ComCom should deal with that

I can't defend the price rises - but I would always pick them over other airlines even if paying slightly more.
The key is Koru membership - makes the whole process much easier.

Domestic is over priced, no competition... but also has to be a challenging business to run. The Airports ramp up their costs too so it all spirals.

But it’s private medical centres using a private company’s system.

The govt isn’t set up to lead the innovation to make something like this. It would cost 10x as much work half as well and have more holes in the system.

The head company, Manage My Health Global, also runs similar systems in other countries based on software developed in NZ.
