Funny I think he might have been cautious and kicked it for 30m in front, he gave it a fair whack against the wind and still went too far lol

Easy to say in hindsight. Making quick decisions during moments of such gravity is a tricky business. Easy to make dumb decisions during such stressful situations, as the Broncos proved constantly during the game.

We had the wind in the 2nd half so knew what the conditions were

Barney had two or three minutes between end of normal time and the toss to calmly think through what decision he would make if given the opportunity

Have to agree. And on the other side, Reynolds obviously never mentioned to Reece, We're in to the wind so keep it low and flat. Reece cocked that up all by himself.
