As I said on game day thread anything but a win is unacceptable. FFS they did it, so to me they are pros with a pro coach.
Lots of floors and mistakes here and there but this is the bounce back I wanted and expected...
So a we'll done A from me.
.. but got to keep it up consistently, if they want to make the 8 must win the rest... will be a good test...

They want us to be overwhelmed with love and enjoyment after this win lol. I just expect more after last week. Top 3 worst performance of all time. Loved our halves performance. Not to much else to get excited about.

Yeah, I lost my one-eyed goggles when we lost to the Storm… I don’t trust this team to back up next week - the flaws are still there… a good coach / team will exploit it

Emergency press conference tomorrow! SJ Announcement!!!
SJ's biggest downfall i think is his passion and will to want to win. The moment things go sour, that passion seems to get to him, and its harder for him to stay composed. I've seen the frustration on the TV.

The pressure on him would be extremely hard to handle, esp when he goes out injured after a couple of losses. Worst of all for SJ, whilst he's out, we go on and string some wins together. That would play into his mind as to whether he's the right option or not.

After that you're mind would be set out to prove a point, if and once it goes wrong, it's detrimental.

He's still the GOAT, confidence is just down. Maybe some time in cup to regain the confidence would do him wonder. Not in a "he's been dropped" scenario, but in an oppurtunity to play without the pressure and regain that confidence situation.

On a side note i've felt the same with RTS, he's tried so hard all season that it's just gone south because of his passion, and it eats him when it goes wrong.

Hopefully tonight sky rockets him.

The two Origin guys were good. Especially Barnett.

DWZ was good coming back from injury.

Lussick was good late in the game. The coaching staff probably would argue he's closing out the game. You can counter that with we are playing with 16 until they feel comfortable.

The starters all made big metres. The games we lose the stats are typically way down. The start I though AFB, Barnett, Niukore and Walker were good.
