General Warriors General News

If my pre-season bet for Warriors beating Storm in the grand final comes through ($3k from $20), then I'll happily put that towards a Vegas trip!

If you look at the Air NZ flights for the week leading up to the game. The weekend before their is only business class left. The Monday after the games, there are no flights available on that day.
I guess the NRL and Hospitality have first grabs on the seats.
That is pretty crazy. I will definitely be making the trip but the fact they are dragging out the announcement is annoying me.

There was business class seats I could have booked on points a couple of months ago. Regret not jumping on them and just take the partial refund hit if we didn't go.

Unfortunately from what I read Vegas is no longer a cheap holiday. Even the Casino minimum bets now are like $25 USD on a tuesday morning...

i hope all is well if you see this dude.

I don't know if other clubs do it, and we probably have the biggest away members of any of the clubs, but how good is it that the players and coach make time to meet and greet and get pictures with the fans. Awesome work by the club that I think sometimes just gets taken for granted.

As a matter of interest are members receiving any emails from the club with club news?

I cannot recall getting anything this year.

Been to the US a few times in the last couple of years. Unless you are balling out, its a horrible experience. IE, including tax and tip

Prices in AUD
hotel = $600/n
breakfast = $50
lunch = $65
coffee = $10
Dinner = $125-250

Anytime I spent under that, the quality was so poor it ruined the experience.
