Long story short, despite being (non seated) members for 15ish years we had troubles getting our membership renewed this year. Only just got it sorted so now have access to Membr+ but can't see Membership Caps or Lanyards. Have they sold out or is there a trick to find them? I seem to recall last year having to look at "Entitlements" or something but can't see that this year? I'll be fuming if I've missed out on about the only thing I'd want from the trash that is Membr+

I got a non ticketed membership when they first went on sale and got the hat (it’s a small fit like last season… so likely go to the 7 year old). Think someone else mentioned they didn’t have the cap option when they paid up and was told that they sold out.

Would be amazing if they started something like this again for everyone, and could push early memberships there too. Everyone is hanging out for anything league or Warriors related.

Ordered it off the site with the $50 credit, this was $35.00.
Last year I choose not to get the lanyard I had the tickets loaded on my phone. Wallet.

Would be amazing if they started something like this again for everyone, and could push early memberships there too. Everyone is hanging out for anything league or Warriors related.

Feels like the membership stuff has gone downhill from previous years. Saw something online re: the Roosters Membership packs and they were a lot better than what's on offer here - they even recognize length of membership which is something I was pushing for a while back (pre covid I was part of the Warriors Members Council - basically a focus group of members who gave ideas etc - those in Auck did stuff on game days etc).

Selling out of members hats would be pretty poor - particularly when the other options are dog leads and gym towels - surely you want to see all your supporters wearing the gear and all your members identifiable. It used to feel quite special to be a member.....

There’s a reason why they offer the supporters membership package which gives you a $50 credit when it only costs $40 for the membership. Because the items are generally really poor quality. Members caps have improved sizing wise but still feel flimsy and cheap.

It is a dynasty cap and reasonable quality.
It is a small size though.

Yep they did. Even up to the Steve Price days.

They'd have a bit of an open training session, I remember a celebrity touch game at one, signing sessions, the kids could do tackle bags held by players etc.

Even a few years ago they'd let members do the coin toss and stand at the tunnel for the walk out.

They've dropped off a few of these nice recognition pieces.

I bought a non ticketed membership and had a hat I'm my cart to purchase with the credit. I got distracted by work and didn't complete the transaction. When I came back to it, the hat option was gone. I emailed the membership team and got this response.

"Thank you for reaching out. I’d like to apologise for the confusion regarding the availability of the member hats. Initially, these hats were inadvertently made available to all members, including Supporter Members. Unfortunately, this was an error, as the hats are intended to be for our Full Season Members.
Due to limited stock numbers, these hats were only ever intended for a specific group of members, and we had to amend the availability once the mistake was identified. I completely understand how this might be disappointing, and I appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure fairness and consistency across all membership levels."

Bit shit considering I only bought the membership so I could get the hat.
