The Warriors are going to need to do something special to beat the Storm at home. The Storm have won over 75% of all home games which is better than any other team. I want us to win but can handle a lost to the Storm at Melbourne. I just want it to be competitive as it will be tough without Egan.

I think the rest of the league has watched our highlight reels and our wise to our usual stuff.
Melbourne have to be feeling smug.
Maybe Chanel Harris Tita could throw a screw in their works?
And now, for something completely different👍🏻

I’ll be looking for Metcalf to create space and holes for his outside just like Dylan Brown for Parra last night.

Key word is create space. That’s his job as a half.

No space. No holes. No tties. It’s that simple.

Don’t wanna hear “but he’s so fast nonsense “

Tough assignment today

CHT's service at training must have been pretty forgettable to bring Jazz on to the bench after what Lussick served up for 50mins last week.

We are just too out of shape if you add in Lussick's service and Taine's timing.

All players get a chance to redeem themselves, but those two really need to tidy up their respective links in the chain tonight.

You get the feeling this will take a herculean effort, hope the boys go in with a seige mentality and really give Melbourne a shake.

I would be playing walker at 9 for a period, man I hope they can play smart tonight.

You guys are a depressing lot. One loss and a few injuries and it’s back to depression pills… 💊 😜

It’s weekend. Be happy?!! At least until the start of the game?!!!!! 😂
It's fine to temper expectations, 3/4 of the spine have played a combined 60 games in FG. That's a lot of line cooks and only one chef.

Any team is going to struggle with that much green in the spine, a solid defensive effort and a tidy close game would suffice in the grand scheme of our season(with no further injuries).

Idk, but with more time ahead of the change in hooker Webby will have definitely cut down and defined the assignment for Lussick - and balanced that with more playmaking from Tohu and Walker... I think that puts us in a position of strength against this storm team with their outs - there'll be some surprises though one of those is not us winning, winning is assumed, in this era it's all about just reverse engineering how we get there...

For sure. Not saying we’re going out there and blitzing them +13

Be interested to see what sort of psychology Webber installs in the team to mitigate the self doubt mentality which is actually very normal behaviour in all of us

Unless of course you’re a narcissist
