Looked like he was replaced during half time. As it looked like Niukore came on during the break or soon after.

I'm gutted that we lost, but also happy that if we did lose then it wasn't a blowout to the Panthers. A thrashing would've demoralised the boys big time, but this was a see-sawing match with the biggest margin between the two being 10 points and ending in a tight finish. This will hopefully make the boys realise that the only difference between the two teams was that Penrith were more clinical and composed in finishing their chances (although the forward pass by Jenkins at the end was a shocker). We really did miss RTS today.

yeah was waiting for that to happen - the exact type of player that would've had an impact half way through teh second half, more speed, better laterally - would've stretched the ruck and inside defenders

Man of match me was Taine Tuaupiki. Probably best game of the season for him. Absolutely no way CNK gets another look in this season.

Really disappointing defensive display from AKP. Probably 1 step forward 3 steps backwards from Webby's perspective with him tonight. Grasped at air on a number of occasions. Really poor from him.

Our young forwards were the standout. TSS, Laban and Vaimauga all amazing. Real coming out party to show they are ready to anchor a forward pack. I don't think Barnett will be missed next year.

Our whole backline had concrete blocks tied to their feet on defense. Ali, Pompey and DWZ caught stuck in the mud too many times. Ali did show hustle on a number of covering efforts though.

Not sure what to make of TMM yet. Him and CHT were poor at converting opportunities into points. TMM long kicking game really puts us at a disadvantage (aside from that Alamoti fuck up).

It's such a downgrade even with the goal kicking. His yardage from our end and X factor when we are in their 20 are going to be really missed.

I'm honestly hoping for Berry to come back well and move Ali right. But even still, Pompey is solid, just not RTS. That's no knock, he's an NRL legend.
