General NSW Cup 2025

Anyone make it to the stadium today and see where people were playing, what positions and with who? Not that you can read into too much. I have only seen photos

Cces, When is Joesph Ratcliffe eligible for Cup?
Anyone who is turning 18 in any calendar year is allowed to play in any men’s competition at any level.

So the best Harold Matt’s guys who turned 17 this year can play first grade in 2026.

The Ref himself in his playing days debuted as a 17 year old in the first round of the local men’s senior/premier comp back in the day.

Vake moe likely than Putoko i think.

Played NSW cup last year already and looked good in Flegg last week after long lay off

Kali/Vake/Putoko we have some great centers coming through.

Really excited to see how Brandon Norris comes through if we develop him on the wing.
Yeah im excited about Ratcliffe and Thompson the most. They were both key in that first championship of matts. They have come up nicely to flegg and are both ahead of schedule.

Norris looks really exciting! I still think we need an NRL ready replacement for kosi. I'm not sure Amituanai is ready to do what's needed to play in the back three just yet.

Kali needs a full season, just cant catch a break! I'm glad they are playing him on the wing nowadays though.

It's also cool to see Vake back! He was great last season. Moi Moi not so much.

What's your take on Chong Nee? Hes been a steady riser also!

Not that we need any backrowers.

Relieved to see Crosby back.

Fatialofa and EIT in the backrow is what they should stick with moving forwards. This club has always needed a hundred back rowers....injury curses and all that.

Not impressed by CLeary. But wish him well.
