Our pack for most of the year has been a mixture of potential and journeyman. I still think we're a couple years away from seeing the right blend of both worlds thanks to our jr pathways.

They're pretty young to be fair! They're still growing into their bodies / power. Give it a couple of years when they've consistently played against Aussie sides (which are technically superior) and they'll look a lot better.
