Have to find a dodgy illegal stream then, they leave us no choice.I can't believe they're not airing the Super League game or the women's game on Sunday.
Day long rugby league festival, of which we get half of it.
I cannot wait for Sky to go bust. They're completely inept.
Pretty pathetic with how steep the subscription price is!I can't believe they're not airing the Super League game or the women's game on Sunday.

Sky's answer to all their troubles is to cut content and raise prices. Has been happening forever. I left them for that reason.Pretty pathetic with how steep the subscription price is!
That’s crazy, both 9 and fox have a full day of footy from 8:30amI can't believe they're not airing the Super League game or the women's game on Sunday.

Isn’t this the way it goes, the premier events (men’s game) demand ever higher prices (and more pay for the players) so the providers need to pick best bang for buck instead of a bit of everything like the old days.Pretty pathetic with how steep the subscription price is!
You mean the one I use that gives me every sport in the world for free!Have to find a dodgy illegal stream then, they leave us no choice.
How much do you think the broadcast rights would've cost? Three fifths of fuck all?Isn’t this the way it goes, the premier events (men’s game) demand ever higher prices (and more pay for the players) so the providers need to pick best bang for buck instead of a bit of everything like the old days.
This is pro sport in action. And sky’s cost and coverage isn’t matched by the public’s wallet.
Sky service has just gotten worse and worse over the years. How much do you think the broadcast rights would've cost? Three fifths of fuck all?
There's now a bunch of miffed league fans all over social media chewing Sky out. Yes in the grand scheme of things it's not a massive deal, but it just adds to the feeling of constant penny pinching.
They'll have the Albanian Pro Underwater Hockey tournament live on Sky Sports 9, but presenting a half-baked Vegas despite being the self-proclaimed "home of league".
I was hoping Spark Sport would be it but then everyone either complained about it or didn't embrace it. I suppose at least it forced sky into a streaming service for sport rather than just a set top boxWhenever I buy sky the screen freezes regularly I think there is room for another player to provide better service.
I loved spark sport just cause I was over sky.I was hoping Spark Sport would be it but then everyone either complained about it or didn't embrace it. I suppose at least it forced sky into a streaming service for sport rather than just a set top box
I watch a fair bit of premier league with my boys and spark sport was a massive step up with it's on demand content and relative ease of use.I loved spark sport just cause I was over sky.
Yeah man and I thought the streaming quality was great especially considering they just starting out.I watch a fair bit of premier league with my boys and spark sport was a massive step up with it's on demand content and relative ease of use.
Essentially the pay tv model was to negate the need for ads, shit thing now is with streaming services introducing adsSky service has just gotten worse and worse over the years.
When I first signed up many years ago.
Can't remember when.
Their promise was. NO ADVERTISING. IIRC
A lot of the streaming services are struggling to turn a profit and seem to repeating or going in a similar way as the cable companies they were replacing.Essentially the pay tv model was to negate the need for ads, shit thing now is with streaming services introducing ads
