Was better when we were always shit, hurts more having your hopes dashed after last year's effort.
Our attack is dogshit..
The only thing stopping us getting a spoon will be the rabbits but to be fair we would still be top8 if the refs weren't dogshit too, it's shit calls and poor ruck control every week.

Seeing a lot of doom and gloom and some posts calling for all sorts of things but here is the thing, the warriors are eighth on the table in points differential and have lost three games in a row, thats all. The seasons not over, unless we say it is.
7 points after 9 rounds and 5 loses considering we lost 8 all of 2023… next fortnight hard to be optimistic not sitting in bottom 2 after round 11 still on 7 points

He was nowhere close to his 2022 form last year, and played with a bunch of injuries.

Fast forward to 2024, another pre season, body even slower, more injury prone.

I didn't expect him to be this bad, but I wasn't particularly excited for the signing.

Hate to think what '25 & '26 look like.
Move to the middle is on the cards I think.

Not as concerning as the losses to the Titans and Dragons, a defensive improvement today, something to build from.

We do not do wet weather footy, so I am not as disappointed as I thought I would be with a loss. With that defensive improvement we can build from here.
But the Knights are not the sharpest attacking team and the wet weather blunted their attack more
I m off to take my meds

There's heaps of issues with this side. But from what I saw, today we lost the ruck in this game. We were on top there early on, and got hit with a tonne of penalties and six agains. Were they legit and fair? I dunno. But the guys were super quick to release the Knights in the second half, it felt they were lying all over us and getting away with it. This meant no front foot ball, and little for the backs to play off. And boy do we need it.

We are stuck going right, SJ and CNK getting marked up big time and we keep going back for more. There were multiple times we had them short left, and we go right. Time and again. It looked like their winger was 10m inside the touchline, even when defending on their line.

Our backs were running sideways, getting no metres or momentum. Conditions didn't help. Timely penalties fucked us in the first half, and errors killed us in the second.

We are lacking X factor and speed, and have a structured attacking system which is looking very one dimensional. I thought our defence was OK today, but penalties and errors let that down.

I think Webster has to think about changes now, especially in the backline. This has been a horror patch, but I still think we can change the tide. We're running out of time though.

I was very excited about his signing, but now I miss Curran.
