I'd be keen to know if that 3rd man in leg raise is a new rule or a guideline as they do seem selective with it. I know they have said what they are looking for etc. But even then some of them seem selective.
I just remember it was basically a player complaining about his leg and getting a penalty. Then confusion on what is was for besides he was hurt.
