Pretty much. But there are policies and actions that last government did that benefitted society even though there was a revolt at the end.

I can only think of finding cuts to many departments, job cuts, major tax breaks for the already wealthy.

They show some misdirection by giving $50 to a small amount of people and call it a day.

Every election will have some Baubles for the punters. Just depends how big. Who will forget Helen in 2005.

I would love to see Opportunity party be more visible.

That would be a shame. I know her family. She was born here and educated here. A kiwi with one Chinese parent.

In Dunedin they voted for councillor B Ong, who seems to be either an avant-garde performance artist, a CCP spy, or a severely autistic fantasist, no one's sure. So it can be done.

I voted Teal last time but I've hardly seen much from them this time. Just a couple of interviews a while back. I do like her though. Her thoughts on Winnie, luxon and seyless was great.

True but to be honest the UK is fucked both politically and economically. Doesn't have a lot going for it other than the Royals and their exchange rate V us.
