Na you didn’t. Waste of time posting anything if the source is going to scrutinised so hard on here. Hopefully the reader has the brains to decipher fact from fiction with their own common senseFixed that for you![]()

Think you’ll find that happens across parties every election. The difference here is one’s a news source and the other political parties opposing each other. Could only read the first few lines with a majority behind a paywall but does certainly seem nothing to see hereIn the BBC heads roll over the same thing with Trump. Labour Party staffer - nothing to see here.

Media will go to town on this now they have a sniff. Think Luxon has the wrong approach reading him saying his job as pm is to act as a ceo for the country. Leadership is lot more with the country wanting a figure to provide optimism and all the grandstanding about his accomplishments as a ceo formerly have shown he’s way out of his depth in the political world. His days are numbered, and will be quickly if he’s as naive as this reads in the cut throat world of politics. Bishop has had a shot as far as speculation goes, I’m not seeing anyone else could pose an issue too? Willis’ performance as minister of finance won’t be a great endorsement for her
The very article mentions an example of National doing the same thing...Think you’ll find that happens across parties every election. These are things that go on behind closed doors when members are trying to roll a leader so not exactly things that are played out publicly and his poor leadership is always going to have him vulnerable to this speculationI don't even know why he bothers answering the questions
Yesterday's Vance post has already been removed by Stuff. I read through her original post and it didn't have anything of substance. Just her reporting hearing rumours of a coup, and proceeding to colour in the blanks. The only verifiable facts in her post was that a National event was held, where it was held, who spoke and who attended. The coup references didn't have any direct quotes and the writer herself talked about them as being rumours
He's got more important things to do than to even respond to a rumour
In fact, what he should be doing is putting reporters in their place, like Key, Cindy, Peters and even Waititi would do. Grow a couple of balls and don't try too hard to be likeable. I think that's his weakness
The party known for dirty politics seems like they aren’t going to win a sympathy voteThe very article mentions an example of National doing the same thing...
The article is still up.I don't even know why he bothers answering the questions

this one (posted yesterday by @Noitall, I mean):The article is still up.
The writer and the publisher wouldn't have posted it if there wasn't something going on (in all reality it's probably being leaked to the media from the challengers staff).
Maybe if Luxon could resonate with voters instead of coming across out of touch with regular voters or if the government would stop the big talk and fix issues it wouldn't be a story. With polling that low theres always going to be that sort of chatter.
That article was just a quoting the Andrea Vance report with no further context, so wasn't removed for anything legal or pressure for National you would think given the original is still up. Checked it on archive.is
