I know it's easy to make comment, and it doesn't specifically just relate to this news report, but why as a society do we shun away from reporting this type of behaviour. How have we regressed so far as people and communities that this sort of behaviour is turned s blind eye to? It goes on and on, from neighbours witnessing some of the things that were being done to Poor little Nia Glassie through to this latest event. Would it have made a difference? I don't know the answer to that. But sometimes it would surely. Having someone calling you out for your behaviour and often. Changing a culture of it's not my business will take time but we have to start. Being shocked at the latest news report is nothing but an acceptance of it happening again.
