Nrlfantasy are for noobs/people new to league.

In all honesty though, nrlfantasy is a shitfest which celebrates workhorses and scoring is dubious (nrl stats is used...). SC rewards attacking players. So you might do well with a player like mannering in nrlfantasy whereas tryscorers tryassists, linebreaks ie attacking players are better rewarded and most would feel more in line with who the top players in a game were if watching live.

SuperCoach has slightly different player positions vs fantasy

Fantasy is more weighted to the workhorse type players where super coach rewards attacking stats more. I think SuperCoach gets the balance better personally. There is a much bigger range of points scoring in SuperCoach vs fantasy can be quite predictable and same/same.

I can see that, I started to make my team this morning and a few surprises with the most expensive players compared to Fantasy.
Definitely more attacking type players.

Can someone explain the difference between fantasy & SuperCoach, pros cons etc

1) I think Fantasy has 21 players while Supercoach has 26. That will make Origin easier. But i found spending my cap harder as there were infinitely more tradeoffs and complex flow on choices to make.. I made a first draft tonight of 26 players and by the time I got to positions 24 25 and 26 I found I had no money left and was scrambling a bit to find people and in the end did not do a good job of that so will have to come back another day and look at it again Eg I took Ben Te Kura - how much will he actually play.
2) Fantasy is 13 players by position and then fill you boots what positions to put in 14-21. Supercoach is prescriptive defining for you how many backups in each position - with one free floating choice for 18th man. I plan to choose this player very carefully based on what position i want an extra back up in.
3) Supercoach comes with more basic stats for free and for $59 you can buy more stats for the season.
4) I personally found the top scorers in Fantasy are the top scorers in SuperCoach with some weird exceptions. Was shocked to see Val Holmes with stellar stats last year in Supercoach while he is Nuffy in Fantasy.
5) that is it really - both fantasy and Supercoach are similar to me so far.

I have made a first very rough draft of my 26 players. It saved it with an hourglass and took me to a whole different game day screen where I can name my 4 reserves etc.

Question - i still get unlimited trades before round one correct?? I am in no way happy with what I have it is just a first draft.

I try and use it all, with a few cash cows to bump it up as the season progresses

If i can give one tip which probably applies for all fantasy comps is that you want to build towards having the best players in each position towards the end of the season, not that start. If you do have big players (high salary) ensure they have a decent draw to start season as you do not want them to be leaking money. The higher the salary the higher the BE, the harder for them to gain any money but easier to leak a lot. Dont waste trades.

Tldr; Buy low, sell high, the final few rounds is gametime where you need your superstars (couple of pods may help too), but generally the better teams will have the top 20 odd players by scores by that point. The start you can make easy cash but dont get too caught up with it. You need a balance of players who can still score too. Young highly rated rookies can bounce in and out of nrl very easily. Some may also take a bit of time before they get their debut. Your starting team is really crucial esp if doing overall.

Edit - and master the VC loophole. It can win your precious games.
