Anecdotally, talking to tradesman that were dead quiet 6 months ago now picked up again.

Always patchy at this point of the cycle, some industries with a bit of growth, others still flat lining. Fletcher Building as an example are still really struggling. But undeniable that we are through the worst of it. Rates will be rising again this time next year.
