DWZ is a strong chance for winger. He will be up against Isaako and Dom Young.

The team of the year is 1-13 so props, centres, wingers and second row have 2 winners. AFB and DWZ should almost be locked in to win in their own positions

If we win this week I wouldn't be sending anyone over to the DallyM awards. As much as it's awesome recognition, we can dial in for that while we stay at home and prepare as much as possible. I'd be sending Volkman with an SJ mask, Bunty with an AFB one, Walker,.... AW.....

A very prestigious award like this us is a once in a lifetime thing and I would be surprised if Webster stopped a player from attending.

Was just thinking about this discussion of yardage when some forwards are off the paddock. Egan's delivery of the ball to a forward on the charge has a big effect on yardage. He is a fantastic hooker IMO.

Sj will have the players vote in the bag- dally m has always been an Australian media darling award though so wouldn’t be shocked if he got shafted there.

At the minute yes but his last regular season game was a month ago.
He should win it but wouldn’t be surprised if hass, ponga or even hynes got it- they’ve been been creaming over hynes for a couple of years now- Harry grants another one- “the next Cameron smith” even though he plays more like Farrah.

Egan's ability to bring his forwards on to the ball has always been there. Our forward pack this year are finally laying a consistent platform for it to finally be on show for an extended period.

He has improved year on year though, and just ticked over 100 games which a lot of ex players talk about being of significance for players.

His only real worry is his durability, he could do with moving to a Smithers style of defence with a lot less throwing your head in where it doesn't belong.
