Would it make it easier if everyone used actual numbers ie
1,000,000 instead of 1M
Likewise 100,000 instead of 100k?
Or would it work better the other way?

1) Firstly, I want the format (and everyone is using it today, where the player name is listed first and then then the dollars
2) Above $1M bids get confusing for me to compare when some people use to the full 1000s and others use $X.XM. If am ok with with XXXK or XXX,000 below $1M but above $1M would prefer $X.XXXM. Not a show stopper though. I got confused last night by the $1.128M vs $1.15M as they had different number of significant figures. If your bid had been $1.150M then I would not have gotten confused.
However I think we are splitting hairs. I think it is fine as is and you guys may just have to double check my results. I will keep posting the 2nd highest bid so that way no mistakes will slip through. The main thing I really want is point one above as I take everyone's posts and cut and paste them into a spreadsheet so hence I want them formatted the same way so I can sort the results by player name. Hope that ramble makes sense.
3) I also want full player names if possible and not TMM for example.
