Nothing. He tipped us against the Raiders in RD1, he's probably on the money here tipping against us with our outs.
Hes pretty anti Warriors the majority of the time. Maybe it's more noticeable alongside the absolute bias of Blocker with he tiges, Ennis with the Sharks, Dogs and raiders, Walters with anyone Queensland.

I've just always felt hes had a chip on his shoulder with the Warriors and I'm certainly not the only one.

Apart from his usual high output, I can’t help but feel AFB wasn’t good for team cohesion last year

He was an individual performer. Hell of an athlete.

I actually think he had great team vibe in 2023 and lost it in 2024 when specific players (SJ) spent long times being injured.

There's no way he would have been onboard with the NWO (new Wahs' order) players like LEKA, Laban, Metcalf, CHT coming to dominance.

Hard to say, he looked most energised when players like Vaimauga got time on the field. There was a game when Metcalf was just back from injury late in the season and Metcalf dropped the ball with a soft mistake. AFB got the ball and slammed it on the ground in disgust. Was interesting to see the rest of the team rally around Metcalf

The JFH for AFB trade was good for us. JFH may only give us 120ish meters per game vs 200+ for AFB, but his positive externalities on those around him more than make up for it imo. Everyone else has really lifted this year, more than compensating for the net loss in meters coming from swapping AFB for JFH. Also, the expedited development in our young forwards (Leka, Demi and Jake) is all thanks to him. We are developing the hard edge in the forward pack that Madge is only dreaming about in Brisbane.

On D the Warriors line lead by JFH is taking metres off the opposition with linespeed and an enthusiasm to cover mistakes on atrack it is a willingness to carry, includin the tough carries. That work effort is why Leka has the starting gig, more important than bench impact. Personally I would play Ali, he has not been out that long, but understand a freshening up in Cup

It is a shame about MTG, I suspect it is more than on field on field perfermance. I would guess Player Manager interference. Whatever, good lucj to him
