Sorry Cannon but TMM ain't gonna spook anyone let alone the Panthers
Are CHT & Boyd some amazing, creative, amazing running halves? Holy hecka... Never knew.
Boyd would stay for his kicking game. TMM has way better footwork and speed than CHT. CHT is a staunch defender.
TMM is not going to set the world on fire. But he is more able than CHT to open up a game.

Exactly, I am sure the Panthers still have nightmares from 2023 when we played TMM at halfback in the finals and they beat us 32-6.
Of course Boyd and CHT are not amazing running halves but would I prefer Boyd's kicking and organizing over TMM's small creative advantage, heck yes.
Now CHT vs TMM is interesting. I prefer CHT but I can see the case made for TMM sure. It would take guts for Webby to make that change now though. I can't see his conservative nature considering it. If he was he would have done it 4 weeks ago leading into the finals.

Regardless of who plays where we will have to win the initial grind until the game opens up and then it's who is good enough to get the points

I don't care that some people want TMM at 7 next week. It is just a forum. You are welcome to your view as long as it is courteously expressed which it has been thus far. The more views the merrier.
As I have posted I would also make a change for next week. I would go to a 2 forward, TMM plus Healey bench. That would be my big move for the finals. And I would be playing Fish and ford both 60 minutes and just tell them it is the playoffs and dig deep. I am certain Webster will do this as Fish played over 60 this week presumably to acclimatise to longer minutes.

Webster has been waiting for this. He said he learned a lot in 2023. First round against the Panthers he said the Warriors had no clue. Our style of play in 2025 suits playoffs. Penrith are good enough to go all the way, so this is a shitty draw for us first up. If we can get the bounce of the ball and pull this off we can go on a run.
Pretty uninspiring stuff there. We’ve been playing at home, in front of packed crowds, playing how we do, and losing.
At least blast that song full tilt at pre game, I’d grow an extra leg running out to that in front of a packed crowd
Pretty sure they did this to us last time we played Penrith in a finals game in 2018 too. Have a vivid memory of watching it at my local pub while some dumb ABs game commentary was blaring over the speakers. Didn't help it was also an uninspiring loss that day
