SJ raised it on the league lounge and I think it is a good suggestion: how about starting Demi? Ford can come off the bench as he was doing when Barney was in the side. There could be some value in Demi and Clark together on the field. Demi showed in the Sharks game that he is capable of playing long minutes and still having an impact.

Really need to own the middle against the weakened tits pack without Tino and Fifita. Also no Kini and LKP helps because they absolutely f**ed us last year in both games with their pace. Keep the game in the middle third and we can grind out another tough victory. These guys crack under even the smallest amount of physical pressure. That scrum penalty to give up the lead last week was just comical.
We need to learn from last week and not be distracted with the off-field stuff impacting our opponents. They will be fired up. Tits are in the same place we were in 2013 when we got flogged 66-0 by Penrith. Our players got hammered all week and accused of not caring due to the players laughing and joking with the opposition afterwards, something that the tits did last week. We then proceeded to nail Newcastle the week after who were traveling really well that season. That preceded a crazy run that almost led to an unlikely finals appearance for us that year. Can see the negative media coverage + Des' 500th having a galvanizing impact on their playing group.
Having said all of that, I think we will have learned our lesson. Tanwah to shut his critics up with a MOM performance and Erin to go ape against the club that never believed in him. A win is important as there is a chance we can move into 3rd if the chooks win tomorrow against Melbourne. But also a win here and our return to finals becomes official. LFG!

I am sorry the front row pairing of Ford and Fish is the worst in the NRL and the smallest front row by far. Fish is 105 kgs and Ford is 101Kgs. Afoa comfortably ahead of Ford if only for the fact Bunty is much bigger at 113kgs,
Yes to your clarification question Bunty is only good for 35 minutes tops so the two bench props would have to step up. I said all along but you all dissed me. We should have recruited a loaner middle before June 30th once Barnett went down.
