this capewell centre thing is getting out of hand, for sure thought they would have moved him back to the forwards by now, but its worked too well to change it.

May have the option of the exact same team with Bunty and Ford in for Fish and Barney - we've had enough moving parts so they'll probably just do that.

I am still not convinced we are better with TMM on the bench Vs Healy. I think his craft out of dummy half could be dangerous in the final 20 minutes against tiring opposition packs.

Assuming Capewell is not selected for SoO I would go;

Yeah, I saw that. TMM is a fantastic footballer and too good to leave out of most teams. However, I still think Healy on the bench to sub for Egan is a better option, assuming we do not have an injury in the back line. If the latter occurs then TMM does cover the backline a little more.

Martin to fullback to unlock our outside backs in attack. In the trial vs storm all our o.backs were thriving, getting good ball off Martin who was sweeping both sides of the field.

No. They are tough on head shots.

So with all these injuries to the maroons (Tom Gilbert, Tuilagi), I have to believe they bring in Capes. That sucks for us. We'll be without JFH, Barney and Capes, our three most senior players. For the first time I can remember, we're going to be severely impacted by origin. Raiders only lose Hudson and maybe Horsborough. We're really stretching the next man up mentality but the boys can do it. I think we might be bringing in EIT or MGT in for this game.

He's flown back to NZ, apparently. For context Barney, who is a shoe in for origin, has stayed over there.

why? We are the form team of the comp having won the last 5 and 8 of the last 9. We are at home and in front of a packed crowd. The betting seems fair for once.
